It’s supposed to be hard

Frustration is a part of the process. Every endeavor taken to its distance should ultimately reach a place where failure, fatigue and difficulty will weigh on you. If you’re not facing these challenges, you are not pushing boundaries and are not growing.

The key to excel at these limits is not to associate your identity with them. Frustration should not be perceived as lack of ability. Frustration is the consequence of expanding and working at your limits. It is growth. It’s opportunity to evolve. Charge towards the discomfort.
